Completed in 2023, the project successfully delivered 584 modern housing units to residents, making it the first fully completed and occupied flagship project under the national housing agenda.

🎯 Objectives

  • Replace old, dilapidated estates with modern affordable homes.

  • Provide dignified, quality housing for low- and middle-income earners.

  • Demonstrate the PPP model as a viable path for scaling housing delivery.
