📍 Project Overview

Talanta Sports City Stadium in Nairobi is one of Kenya’s most ambitious sports infrastructure projects. Launched in March 2024, the KSh 44.7 billion (US$334M–345M) project is designed to transform the country’s sporting landscape and position Nairobi as a premier hub for international competitions.

As of September 2025, construction is estimated to be 40–60% complete, with commissioning targeted for December 2025 / early 2026.
